Viceland, the new 24-hour channel from the media organization Vice and A&E, overseen by Spike Jonze and launching Monday, kicks off with this series that focuses on a different city's music scene every week. If you're looking for Viceland, it's replacing A&E's H2.

_ THE REAL O'NEALS. 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, 6ABC.

New ABC sitcom about a picture-perfect family that's not so picture-perfect stars Martha Plimpton and gets a double launch around Modern Family before moving to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays on March 8.

_ HAP AND LEONARD. 10 p.m. Wednesday, SundanceTV.

James Purefoy (The Following) and Michael Kenneth Williams (Boardwalk Empire) star as Hap and Leonard, unlikely best friends drawn into trouble by Hap's ex, Trudy (Christina Hendricks, Mad Men), in a new series based on the novels of Joe R. Lansdale.

_ THE FAMILY. 9 p.m. Thursday, 6ABC.

Joan Allen (pictured, with Rupert Graves and Liam James) stars as a Maine politician whose son, who disappeared as a child and was presumed dead, reappears. Andrew McCarthy is creepy but not necessarily unsympathetic as the neighbor who was convicted of killing him. Moves to 9 p.m. Sundays on March 6.

_ HOUSE OF CARDS. Friday, Netflix.

Season 4 opens with the president (Kevin Spacey) and first lady (Robin Wright) still very much at odds. Fans of the Underwoods will want to clear the weekend.
