Meek Mill and 50 Cent in name-calling feud

Also in Tattle: Tina Fey, Ronda Rousey, David Bowie, “High School Musical” and more

Can't Meek Mill get along with anyone besides Nicki Minaj?

The latest entertainer Meek is squabbling with is 50 Cent, whom Meek dissed, for filing for bankruptcy, in a new track.

TMZ.com reports that 50 responded by posting a photo of Meek's face in a poop emoji (why does our work computer not have a poop emoji?) with the caption, "LMAO Hey s--- head, your career is already over. you better focus on geting Nicki pregnant so you can at least get child support girl."

Then 50 posted a video of him slapping Meek and another of Meek crying.

"Hip Hop's first retarded MC," 50 said using a very un-PC term. "This nut make Philly look bad."

Meek repsonded: "U pop s--- on social media 24/7 . . . U never in the places everybody b at . . . The whole queens say you a rat . . . Ross baby mom hit you for that check you sick . . . Ross finished you "career over?"

(Tattle can't vouch for Meek's overuse of quotation marks.)

Meek, however, wasn't done. But in the interest of preserving some semblance of language we will paraphrase his claims: All of 50 Cent's artists are broke, his son hates him, he has no swag, he's always hating on Putt and Jay Z, he's going broke and is miserable, really miserable, Floyd Mayweather is not on Team 50 anymore and his liquor has the consistency and taste of urine.

One of these two guys is going to give the other a wedgie.

Yay! More Fey!

Deadline.com reports that Tina Fey and Ronda Rousey will star in a new comedy written by "Sisters" screenwriter Paula Pell.

It will be called "Do Nothing Bitches," based on a Rousey phrase.

Plot points are unclear but it sounds like it's the Real Housewives meets a boot camp drill sergeant. Rousey will play the tough gal trying to beat the spoiled ladies into shape.

Tina is also a producer.

The busy Upper Darby native will also be seen in "Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot" in March and Ellen Gray reported yesterday at ellengray.tv that Tina's "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" has been renewed by Netflix for a third season, even though it's second season doesn't start until April.

Any news that leads to more Ellie Kemper on TV is good news.

Bowie No. 1

It's not much of a surprise that David Bowie's final album "Blackstar" has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, following the rock icon's death last Sunday.

What is surprising is that this is Bowie's first No. 1 album.

Billboard reported that "Blackstar" earned 181,000 equivalent album units in the U.S., during the week ending Jan. 14, according to Nielsen Music. All but 7,000 of those were in pure album sales. Bowie's last album, 2013's "The Next Day," moved 85,000 units in its first week.

Nine other Bowie albums either re-entered or debut on the Billboard 200 - "Best of Bowie" came in at No. 4 and "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars" came in at No. 21.

Bowie first appeared on the Billboard album chart in 1972 with "Hunky Dory."

Adele's "25" dropped to No. 2.

TATTBITS

* "High School Musical" is already ten years old?

Deadline.com says that castmates Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman will attend a 10-year reunion special, airing Wednesday at 8 on Disney Channel.

Zac Efron, promoting "Dirty Grandpa," will apeear in a pre-taped message.

He is literally too cool for school.

* "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" has now passed $1 billion in overseas box office.

The good news for Disney is that the studio will take the lump sum and doesn't have to split it three ways.
