Renowned DJ Casey Kasem finally was buried at a small ceremony last Tuesday in Norway, six months after he died in June, reveals TMZ.

The fate of Kasem's body was for months the subject of a bitter dispute among his wife, Jean, and some of his children, including his daughter, Kerri. Jean took Kasem to Norway against Kerri's wishes.

Authorities in Los Angeles continue to investigate Jean on allegations of elder abuse.

Kim, Kanye are ad costars

The couple have two sons, borne by the same surrogate: Zachary, who'll be 4 Thursday, and Elijah, 23 months.

Jaycee Chan charged

Martial arts star Jackie Chan's son, fellow fighter and movie actor Jaycee, 32, has been in detention in China for four months, and on Monday he finally was officially charged - with sheltering others to use drugs. If convicted he could get up to three years in in prison.

Chan was arrested with other celebs in a coordinated sweep this summer as part of a publicized campaign to clean up Beijing's social morals.

Martin: I'll screen Sony pic

Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin says he and his pals at the indie theater he owns in Santa Fe, N.M., would be glad to screen The Interview, the North Korea-spoofing film that Sony pulled after threats from hackers. "The level of corporate cowardice here astonishes," Martin writes on his "LiveJournal" blog.
