ALAS, PHILLY'S OWN Matt McAndrew is not the winner of season 7 of NBC's "The Voice." Country singer Craig Wayne Boyd took home the crown, beating out McAndrew, R&B singer Damien and popster Chris Jamison.

McAndrew, who came in second place, was a clerk at the Center City Trader Joe's and a teacher at Bach to Rock in Wayne before his loss on last night's show.

The UArts grad was a member of Team Adam Levine. He wowed judges with his original, radio ready song "Wasted Love" on Monday's final performance.

McAndrew was was a heavy favorite from the beginning, becoming the first "Voice" contestant to land three songs in the iTunes Top 10.

Eagle gets carried away

Eagles Mark Sanchez, Connor Barwin and Beau Allen shook off a tough loss to the Cowboys yesterday by dedicating a Habitat for Humanity house the Eagles helped build in Point Breeze. Sanchez led the dedication ceremony of Rhonda Moore and Roberto Bonfante's new home and Barwin presented the keys. Then Moore had one final request: to be carried into her new abode for the first time. So the 6-foot-2-inch, 333-pound Allen happily obliged.

* In other Eagles-doing-good news, Jeremy Maclin helped gather more than 600 toys for Little Smiles PA at an event at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (1901 John F. Kennedy Blvd.) Monday night. He'll distribute the toys to Shriners Hospital tomorrow, with remaining toys going to other Little Smiles PA-associated hospitals.

Get in the ring with a 'Celeb'

Ever wanted to punch Jose Canseco? Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman has the website for you.

Feldman has started fightacelebrity.com, a new venture that allows regular Joes like you and me to get aggressive with Z-listers such as Michael Lohan (dad of Lindsay), Patricia "Tan Mom" Krentcil and former NFL-er Lee Woodall.

Fights are not guaranteed to those who sign up, though; $25 will enter you into a lottery that will determine who fights a perspective celeb.

Hooter to get hitched

Hooters drummer David Uosikkinen popped the question to gal pal and publicist Dallyn Pavey of Dish Public Relations. The couple had actually been friends for 32 years, back when Pavey was at WMMR.

But things stayed platonic, with both Uosikkinen and Pavey marrying other people, until their respective unions ended around the same time.

"David proposed in our favorite place, our bedroom, where we spend some of our most favorite times together," Pavey said.

Pavey's stepdaughter is Abbi Jacobson, the star of Comedy Central's critically acclaimed show "Broad City," which will premiere its second season on Jan. 14.

Jerry Blavat held his annual holiday party Monday night at Modo Mio (161 W. Girard Ave.), leaving a restaurant of guests - including former teen idol Bobby Rydell, Gary and Gino Barbera, mob lawyer Eddie Jacobs, attorney Chuck Peruto and my buddy and head of Gross Communications, Dan Gross - full of Chef Peter McAndrews' amazing Italian food.

As the wine flowed, guests regaled the room with stories of the Geator's past.

'Santa' on Netflix

Looking for a good holiday flick? "I Am Santa," a documentary from South Jersey's own Tommy Avallone about men who make their living as Santa Claus, is currently streaming on Netflix. The film also stars wrestler Mick Foley, along with wrestler Jerry Lawler, Twisted Sister leader Dee Snider and comedian Artie Lange.
