Brantley Gilbert engaged. Again.

Just over 13 months ago, country music singer Brantley Gilbert was nursing a broken heart, having broken off his engagement to the love of his life, fellow country crooner Jana Kramer.

Tuesday, Gilbert, 29, revealed he's engaged again. But to a different woman. (This time she really is the love of his life.)

Gilbert wouldn't name the woman, only to say she's a teacher, a fellow native of Jefferson, Ga., and someone he has known for more than a decade.

She's the gal who inspired his music.

"You'll hear her in most of my songs," he told syndicated country radio program The Bobby Bones Show.

"I've never been happier. This little one, she's the one, and I'm a pretty stoked dude. I'm pretty excited, to say the least."

New baby for Killam

Actor, comic, singer, and Saturday Night Live dude Taran Killam and his spouse Cobie Smulders are expecting their second child, People reports. The twosome, who are both 32, already are parents to 5-year-old daughter Shaelyn Cado. Smulders is best loved for her comic-book movies, including Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the forthcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Gossip petits fours

Diane Kruger and Marco Ruiz will be looking for new jobs: FX has canceled their murder drama The Bridge, a clever remake of the cleverer Scandinavian hit. . . . The CW is happy with newcomers The Flash and Jane the Virgin: It has ordered more episodes, giving each a 22-episode season.

Is it love or is it lewd?

Weeds and Django Unchained actress Daniele Watts, 28, complained she was mistreated by police when she was handcuffed and detained last month near Studio City, Calif., for having a cuddle in a car with her partner, Brian James Lucas.

A cuddle? The LAPD disagrees, saying it has evidence that the couple were having sex in a public place. (And in front of CBS Studios, no less.) On Tuesday Watts and Lucas were charged with one count of lewd conduct each. TMZ says if convicted, each faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
