At 1 p.m. Sunday, WRTI-FM (90.1) rebroadcasts a December concert by the Philadelphia Orchestra that offers two delightful pieces by Tchaikovsky featuring concertmaster David Kim: the Serenade Melancholique, and Valse-Scherzo. Also on the program, Ravel's glistening Rapsodie Espagnole, infused with rhythms and folk songs reminiscent of the Spanish countryside, and Stravinsky's ballet Petroushka, an energetic and satirical work full of wit and humor. Philadelphia Orchestra associate conductor Cristian Macelaru conducts.
