WIRED 96.5'S Chunky has just rendered his own name irrelevant.

The morning-show host has lost a whopping 219 pounds over the past year.

For real. Two hundred and nineteen. Chunky essentially lost an entire person. All without ever stepping foot inside a gym.

"If I walk by a window or a mirror, it'll weird me out. I still feel the same on the inside," Chunky, who wouldn't reveal his current weight because he's not done yet, told me. "Since it's been happening gradually, you never really get used to it."

Sometimes, even his co-workers don't recognize him.

For the record, he's keeping his radio name. Evan - his real name, he won't disclose his surname - just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Chunky had always been, well, chunky. He tried diets before but they never stuck. But when his fiancee, Kristen Drum, started to get serious about the prospect of kids, Chunky stopped putting his money where his mouth was.

"I'm a man of routine," he said. "I drive the same roads, I wake up at the same time. If I can set my routine and not think about it, that'll be the way to go," Chunky decided about his self-made diet.

So Chunky made a list of types of food to cut out. For the past year, he has abstained from eating fat, sugar, salt and starch. He credits Drum's support (and cooking) with keeping him on track. "It was December when I first weighed myself [at a doctor's appointment]. Honestly, I thought I would be ecstatic with losing 40 pounds. I got on the scale and I lost 102 pounds. I made the nurse get on the scale so I could make sure the scale was right," Chunky said.

Chunky said that since he started his weight-loss regimen last June, he has not cheated once, despite the copious amounts of free food in radio. "I just looked at food like I was a crackhead. If I knew I got a hit, I'd be on the crack again," he said. "I was eating like a madman for the first 30 years of my life. I've been there, I've done that. Sometimes I'll drive past a Wendy's and flip them the bird. It's the little things."

'Scandal' prez in Philly

Tony Goldwyn, who plays oh-so-sexy President Fitzgerald Grant on ABC's "Scandal," will be in town on Wednesday for a screening of the Philly-set drama "The Divide," a show he created and executive produced along with Richard LaGravenese ("Behind the Candelabra") for WEtv. Stars Marin Ireland ("Homeland") and Damon Gupton ("The Newsroom") will be along for the ride during the screening at the Roxy. District Attorney Seth Williams and Pennsylvania Innocence Project legal director Marissa Bluestine will also be in attendance.

"The Divide" is about the Innocence Initiative, an organization loosely based on the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, which works to exonerate people convicted of crimes they did not commit.

"The Divide" premieres July 16.

OUT AND ABOUT

* Supermodel Helena Christensen - you may remember her from her black-and-white topless beach jaunt in Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" video - stopped by the Barnes Foundation (Benjamin Franklin Parkway near 21st Street) on Thursday to check out "The World Is an Apple: The Still Lifes of Paul Cezanne," an exhibit comprised of 21 works by the famed Postimpressionist painter. I hear Christensen's fave painting in the show is "The Kitchen Table" (La Table de cuisine), on loan from Musee d'Orsay, Paris. She mentioned that she loved the muted grays and that it reminded her of her own home.

Mayor Nutter showed some colleagues from the Pa. Municipal League's 115th annual convention a good time on Wednesday night at McGillin's Olde Ale House (Drury Street near Juniper). I hear he happily posed for pics with customers and wait staff.
