Kanye West allegedly assaults man who called Kim Kardashian a racial slur

Kanye West and fiance Kim Kardashian are making headlines again. The rapper is a suspect in a misdemeanor battery assault probe in Beverly Hills, police said Monday.

West, 36, allegedly attacked an 18-year-old man after he got into an argument with Kardashian, 33, and reportedly called her a “n-word lover,” reports TMZ.

According to reports, the reality star was surrounded by paparazzi outside a building in Beverly Hills when a young man tried to help her clear a path into the building.

He allegedly used racial and homophobic slurs when referring to the photographers, and Kardashian scolded the man for his language, which prompted him to reportedly turn on her, screaming obscenities and shouting, “I will kill you.”

  • According to sources, once inside the building, Kardashian called West, who allegedly arrived at the office waiting room, saw the man and punched him, as Kardashian yelled, “We have it all on tape!” regarding his offensive comments.

Police officers were called to the scene after the alleged assault occurred and the man reportedly wants to press charges, pending an investigation.

Kardashian is also reportedly planning on filing a police report and wants the man charged with making criminal threats.

West is already facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in an altercation with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport last summer. In November, West pleaded not guilty to the charges.
