Blake Lively isn’t one of the Hollywood stars paying thousands of dollars for a personal trainer to stay fit.

“I’m lucky to have an active lifestyle,”  she told Vogue Paris. “I’m always on the go. I don’t need to have a [trainer] or pay attention to what I eat.”

The beautifully slim actress is honest and says she isn’t perfect, but at least she’s enjoying life.

“I wish I could lie and say that I [exercise or diet], but I don’t. I obviously have plenty of imperfections on my body, but I’d rather have a little bit of cellulite and go do a food trip and try every ice cream place in the South.”

And Blake has the perfect way to start and end her day… with chocolate!

“I can’t start my day without a cup of hot milk chocolate or finish without crunching a few dark chocolate squares,” she said “It’s good for my morale.”

However, Blake realizes that even though her active lifestyle keeps her slim these days, it won’t forever.  Back in 2012, she told Marie Claire, “I could lie and put it down to dog walking, but you would be well within your rights to call my bluff: my dog weighs three pounds. I take six steps and she’s done for. In a few more years, I’ll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime.”

For now, Blake is enjoying good food and cooking.

“To be around me, you must love food, or I’m the most obnoxious person you’ve ever met,” she said.

It must be hard for her hunky husband Ryan Reynolds to stay in shape for movie roles when his wife is cooking up a storm all the time!
