Alex Wagner to wed Kass

Unnamed Sources report that MSNBC's Alex Wagner, razor-sharp host of the daytime show Now With Alex Wagner, is engaged to Sam Kass, who is now exec director of the Let's Move! initiative and once was a White House chef. The lovely couple's liaison was revealed this summer by the Washington Post. And this week, Alex has been waving what appears to be an engagement ring(!!!) on her show like it was a victory towel. Which it kind of is.

William and Kate's bairn, Prince George, will be christened Oct. 23 by the Archbishop of Canterbury  in a private service . . . . La Salle University on Sunday will present an honorary degree to alumnus Matthew Quick, author of The Silver Linings Playbook. Quick's sixth novel, Love May Fail, has just been optioned for the big screen.
