‘SideShow': Second Miss USA contestant says pageant is rigged

A second Miss USA contestant now claims the Donald Trump-owned pageant is rigged. The woman, who spoke to FoxNews.com on condition of anonymity, backs up former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin's explosive claims that a third party, Miss Florida Karina Brez, came across a list of the Top 5 contestants hours before they were announced on the live show. "We agreed to wait and see if [the list] ... was indeed the Top 5 called that night," the contestant says. "After it was, I knew the show must be rigged. ... An injustice has been done."Brez denies she saw any such list, while Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against Monnin. No comment yet from Trump or Monnin on this new wrinkle.

Malin's teeth, Tom Cruise's pants ...

Malin Akerman, who costars in Tom Cruise's rock-and-roll epic Rock of Ages, tells USA Today she got a chance to get to know Tom a little better. "We were very close to very personal parts," Malin says of shooting a scene that demanded she disrobe Tom without use of her hands. "And, apparently, I'm a pro at taking off leather pants with my teeth."

Madonna sure does show up

Madonna should rename her MDNA Tour the Body Parts tour. In Istanbul, our Madge, who does some of her show in bra and G-string, treated fans to a chest shot. Even more illegal there than it is (sometimes) here, but she got out alive. In Rome on Tuesday, she pretend-mooned the crowd. What's next? Instep? Nostrils? Inner ear? Are there enough parts to last the whole tour?

Joan Rivers: Nothing off-limits

"I'm sick of political correctness," Joan Rivers tells USA Today. "I'm sick of not being able to say this one's ugly, that one died of drugs.?... You're sitting at home and say stuff like, 'You have an ugly child, so don't put him on the Christmas card.' " Rivers, 79, channeled her rage into her book, I Hate Everyone … Starting With Me. The cover features expletive-rich endorsements from dead celebs including Sylvia Plath, Marie Antoinette, and Wilt Chamberlain, leading Costco to remove it from its shelves. Rivers says she's delighted.

McCain: I don't smoke, but you can

GOP Sen. John McCain's daughter Meghan McCain told Jay Leno on Tuesday that, though she doesn't smoke pot "frequently," she favors decriminalizing it. She talked pot again Wednesday on The View, prompting Barbara Walters to go passive-aggressive with: "[Your] father's going to be so proud." Meghan said, "He knows everything ... and he loves me."

DiCaprio is Scorsese's man

In the late 1970s, Martin Scorsese was intimately linked with Robert De Niro, who starred in some of his greatest films. Times change. Leonardo DiCaprio is now Scorsese's man — the auteur's The Wolf of Wall Street is their latest collab.

Why Leo, man? "We're a different generation, but he goes in the same places that I want to go. He's not afraid to go there," the Taxi Driver director tells Parade. "He's not afraid to deal with that part of himself. ... We grew up differently, but I think we speak the same language emotionally and psychologically. It's very lucky." So where, or what, exactly is this there?

Liam's ex-gf: He's marrying Miley?!

Seems Liam Hemsworth's high school sweetheart, Laura Griffin, was the last to know the Hunger Games star was engaged to Miley Cyrus. "I'm not going to lie," Laura tells Celebbuz.com, "I'm a little surprised." Laura had Liam all to herself for six years before he dumped her in '09 for Miley. "Of course, it hurts seeing someone I spent so many years with moving on," Laura says, "especially when I learned from the media."
