WHAT IS with all the Ks?

Kim Kardashian, in the middle of kontentious divorce proceeding with Kris Humphries, may be hooking up with Kanye West.

The Los Angeles Times reports that longtime pals Kim and Kanye are said to have taken their relationship to the next level.

But are they sex-tape worthy?

"Kim and Kanye have now just started dating," an anonymous source told People, adding that the duo are "keeping it light" and "seeing where it goes."

One can only hope they don't spawn.

Peace in the Mid-East

A young Arab woman who won a popular Israeli music competition by singing the Mizrahi songs of Middle Eastern Jews, has become an unlikely star in the country, bridging some of the Holy Land's hate and mistrust.

Nissren Kader, 25, recently won first place on "Eyal Golan is Calling You," a hit TV show hosted by one of Israel's most successful entertainers. In winning the show, Kader seems to have pulled off a balancing act that Mitt Romney would envy: She touched on the nostalgia that many first- and second-generation Mizrahis feel for their ancestral homelands and, by singing beautifully in Hebrew, she charmed her Israeli audience by showing that she, too, was moved by their cultural traditions.

"I am so proud: I'm the first Arab to win a Hebrew singing program," said Kader, who hails from Haifa.

"I never imagined that they [Jews] would like me to the degree that they did," she told the Associated Press. "I'm an Arab citizen in a state that has troubles and disagreements between Jews and Arabs, and they saw something else. They saw another side."

Eliyahu Haviv, a 70-year-old Iranian-born Israeli, said that Kader deserved her victory, and shouldn't be viewed through the prism of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He noted, as many Israelis did, that Kader sang in Hebrew to God to protect the people of Israel in a song that was originally written to commemorate slain Israeli soldiers.

"She sang our prayers, and I think it was very good because she sang them with emotion," Haviv said. "I say yes, there are Arab terrorists, but this is something else. We need to be as one heart."
