‘Moment of Truth’: Most shocking ending ever?

For a show about catching lies, The Moment of Truth stretched the truth during its finale last night.

"Season-ending shocker," we were told.

And: "It's our jam-packed season finale with the most shocking ending ever."

Sorry, Fox, but your "most ruthless contestant ever," ultimately wasn't as interesting as the interspersed updates on previous contestants.

Like the guy whose spreadsheet of conquests now includes 135 women.

Or the couple who used their winnings to buy her breast implants.

Angela Ciemny sure looked the vixen last night, with her witch-black hair, narrowed eyes, cleavage-teasing necklace and smug expressions.

Hardly the image of the faithful Mormon she claimed to be.

But most of her confessions wound up being for mental sins.

OK, last week she did admit to an affair with a married man.

Before she got married.

Host Mark Walberg's questions certainly hinted at worse.

She opened the show by answering "Yes" to "Would you say it was sometimes a struggle to stay faithful to your husband?" and "Have you ever done something while your husband was away on business that you feel guilty about?"

But then her reply was "No" to "Have you ever had a man in your house that you did not want your husband to know about?"

She did hook up with one of her best girlfriend's boyfriends - after they broke up.

Then the show turned thought police, revealing that, gasp, Ciemny had fantasies, suspicions and doubts.

Aha, you're not Miss Goodie Two-Shoes inside your own brain!

The next questions, all of which she all answered "Yes," were:

"Have you ever had a sexual fantasy that involved your best friend Eva?"

"If your husband left the Mormon church, would you stay with him?"
