Sideshow | You've made it now, Mayor

Marion Barry, who in '90 showed off his oratorical skill as Mayor of the District of Columbia when he yelped "Bitch set me up," upon being busted with his former gf Hazel "Rasheeda" Moore for crack cocaine, is being immortalized in Madame Tussaud's new D.C. digs. The museum, which will open in October, chose Barry after polling 600 common folk. The former mayor and current D.C. Council member beat out Nancy Reagan, Cal Ripken - even guru Oprah. He'll join 49 other great heroes, including Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln, both George Bushes and Mrs. and Mr. Clinton, too.

"I'll be among the greats of the world," Barry said to the Washington Post, perhaps missing the irony.

Local TV station FOX 5 claims Barry won't be rubbing wax with Rosa Parks, but will be in a "Scandal Room" with Richard Nixon. (D'oh!). Hope museum staffers realize the scandal room will have to be gigantic, and the one for the Goodie Two Shoes virtually empty.Memories of Grace

Grace, Princess of Monaco: A Tribute to the Life and Legacy of Grace Kelly, an exhibit that commemorates the 25th anniversary of the death of the Philadelphia girl-turned-Hollywood star-turned-real-life princess, will be hosted by Sotheby's in New York Oct. 15-26.

The free exhibit, which will include pieces from a similar show now in Monaco, will feature dresses, jewelry, photographs, letters, video and other memorabilia, most of which have never been seen outside Monaco. Grace Kelly, who was born in Philly in 1929, wed Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956, and passed away in 1982.

Chappelle has a pit stop

Comedy's Insane Genius Creator guy,

Dave Chappelle

spent 12 hours in a San Francisco hospital this past weekend for exhaustion and dehydration, E!Online reports.

"He stayed up [late] and did a show [at the Punch Line Comedy Club] . . . and at the time he did it, he did not get enough water to drink and had a little bit of dehydration," Jamie Masada, who owns the Laugh Factory comedy club, said yesterday. "I spoke to him, and he's OK."

Of course, rehab rumors flared up like so many unwanted gophers (as in that carnival game that has you hit them on the head). But they were dispelled quickly.

Dave is "so thin, and he gets so creative, he forgets to eat and drink," Masada said.

Life's misery as art

In an extraordinary step forward for the final conquest of reality by hyper-reality and the replacement of a life lived by the simulacra of life on video,

Daniel Baldwin

- of the thespian-rich Long Island Baldwins - has emerged from his three-month-long dark night of the soul battling

Demon Blow

, video in hand!

While in rehab for cocaine at Renaissance Malibu in Malibu, Calif., Daniel made 19 entries in a confessional video diary - which he has handed over to ABC News' Primetime (for a fee?). The video diaries are not for kicks or cheap thrills - or to relieve the boredom gnawing at our collective soul - but to teach us, um, stuff. Like this entry by the 46-year-old former Homicide star: "I've been very thorough in my recovery, and identified where I am powerless."

Baldwin sounds sincere. "It's difficult to look into this camera," he says. "It's difficult to talk about, you know, my inadequacies, my inability to stay sober when I'm a relatively bright man." He faces the truth this time, he says: "I will never recover. I will just always be in recovery and stay sober, so I pray."

Gwen's fashion sense

Mass market clothier Forever 21, which was recently sued for copyright infringement by fashion legend

Diane von Furstenberg

, is facing another lawsuit, this time from

Gwen Stefani's

Harajuku Lovers line, which accuses the giant chain of ripping off its designs.

Filed in U.S. District Court in L.A., the trademark infringement suit, seeking unspecified damages, also demands that Forever 21 destroy all existing goods said to be ripped off from Harajuku. No comment from Forever 21.

Spears' music to flow?

Singer

Britney Spears

Christina Aguilera

and

Nicole Richie's

former fiancé,

It is not known whether the rehab alumna will perform. Nor, it seems, is it known whether rumors are true that Brit's new single, "Get Back," will drop this week.

According to gossip blog Celebrity Rumors (www.celebrityrumors.com), the tune, which will give the world the first whiff of Brit's first studio album in, like, decades, is a powerhouse composition with sublime lyrics, which the site quotes - apparently as Brit wrote them.

"So baby now," the song goes, "you're the one who's looking for me/ i wonder why?/ cuz u used to be the one/ who asked me to let her be." The song goes on to suggest the "you" in question "want us to get back."

The week in CD sales

T.I. vs. T.I.P.

, the enigmatically titled album by rapper

T.I.

is at No. 1 on the Billboard charts for the second week in a row, moving 175,000 copies - a bit down from the 468,000 it sold in its debut week.

The Smashing Pumpkins, who are finally back in the game with Zeitgeist, their first studio album in seven years, moved 145,000 units to secure second place. Miley Cyrus' Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus fell one rung to No. 3, selling 100,000 copies.
