BBC: 'Doh!'

That renowned news peddler, the British Broadcasting Corp., issued an apology yesterday to

Queen Elizabeth II

for a report that said she walked out on a sitting with the celebrated celebrity portrait-maker, photog

Annie Leibovitz

.

Trouble comes from a trailer for the BBC show A Year With the Queen, which shows the Queen saying choice words as she walks down a corridor.

"I'm not changing anything. I've had enough dressing like this, thank you very much."

The BBC says that the shot implies the Queen was complaining about the sitting and left in a huff. It shows her arriving. The quote? She is refusing to remove her crown for the portrait as per Lebovitz' request. Fact, the Queen really put A.L. in her place. Someone had to.
