Official Rules No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Contest runs from November 18, 2009, 12:00am through November 22, 2009 11:59pm. To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware and at least 21 years of age or older. To enter, go to http://contests.philly.com and fill out the entry form at The Inquirer’s service desk at 400 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA or enter at the show. The prize drawing will be held on or about November 23, 2009 and will consist of a random drawing of all entries received by 11:59 p.m. on November 22, 2009. One grand prize winner will be drawn.  The Grand Prize winner will be eligible to receive a prize, with a Fair Market Value (FMV) of $1,800.00.  The Grand Prize trip shall consist of an all-inclusive 8-day/7-night vacation for two at the Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa, airfare compliments of Air Jamaica.  Travel must be completed no later than October 21, 2010.  Blackout dates or other restrictions may apply as dictated by airline and/or hotel. A choice of two dates for the stay must be indicted, and reservations are accepted no more than 30 days prior to date of arrival.  If winner is unable to fulfill prize during time period, winner forfeits the prize package. Winner and guest must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.  Trips are non-transferable and have no cash value.  Winners will be contacted by phone. Hand-drawn or machine-duplicated entries are not valid, nor are damaged, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries.  Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries.  Upon receipt, entries become the property of Philadelphia Newspapers LLC. (PN) the publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer and Travel Industry Shows.  Your odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.  No substitution of prizes will be permitted.  By entering, you allow PN and Travel Industry Shows to use your name and address for mailing-list purposes, and grand prize winner grants The Philadelphia Inquirer and Travel Industry Shows the right to use his or her name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.  Winner(s) will be required to sign a statement of eligibility, and may also be required to sign a liability release, as a condition to prize delivery.
