Menu: Burgers, fries, veggie burgers, sodas and milkshakes, all made with local ingredients and served from a jazz-blasting former sausage truck.

Find it: LOVE Park, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; two changing stops on weekends.

Where else: Wherever they tweet they'll be @LOSBurgerTruck.

How new: Less than 3 weeks.

Web: www.luckyoldsouls.com.

Signature item: "LOS" Burger, 4.5 ounces of pink-in-the-middle Lancaster grass-fed beef layered with house-cured bacon, smoked cheddar, sautéed onions, pickled tomatoes and special barbecue-y mayo on a brioche-style roll, $9.

What you'll spend: Burgers start at $5.50. Add a buck for cheese, $2 for bacon and $3 for well-done nubbin fries - or about $11.50. A milkshake (vanilla, chocolate or flavor of the day) will set you back $5.25 (add 50 cents for malt). Old-fashioned sodas ($3) include flavors like lovage, hibiscus and sarsaparilla. All sauces homemade: ketchup (tastes a lot like red sauce) and mayo are free; mustard is 50 cents; bacon or garlic mayo, 75 cents.

Curbside wait: Burgers-to-order are delicious, but they ain't exactly quick. During the lunch rush, expect to wait in line plus 10 to 15 minutes for your order to be cooked.

Behind the wheel: Jazz-centric concert promoter Matt "Feldie" Feldman, 31.
