Steven Rea's picks for the week

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter Honest Abe goes looking for the bloodsucking undead in this big, bloody adaptation of the best-selling mashup novel. With Benjamin Walker as the 16th president, who has a lot at stake — and a lot of stakes. R

Brave Celtic-themed tale of a feisty kid princess trying to undo a witch's spell that has turned her mother, the queen, into a ferocious bear. From Pixar. PG

Seeking a Friend for the End of the World Counting down to the apocalypse, with Steve Carell as a straitlaced and glum insurance salesman and Keira Knightley as a punky free-spirit with a collection of vintage vinyl, hopping in a car together for a road trip through a New York and New Jersey that look a whole lot like Southern California. Kaboom. R
