Kerry Washington, 37, is terse, to the point, when it comes to describing her 5-month-old daughter, Isabelle Amarachi. "I think I am just in awe of her," the thesp tells Yahoo Beauty.

The Scandal star, who wed Isabelle's NFL player dad, Nnamdi Asomugha, over the summer, is more expansive when it comes to the experience of giving birth.

"It is really interesting for me being an actress, because I feel like I have a responsibility to myself and to my family to have gone through this miraculous journey of pregnancy and birth and all of that and be healthy and sane and present and loving to myself and to my family," Washington says.

Responsibility and love aside, she knew she had to lose that baby weight for her job. And fast. "And then at the same time, I have this responsibility to Olivia Pope, to be that character and maintain that essence of that character even if my belly is ever-expanding."

On her own education, Washington said, "Jennifer [Lopez] taught me how to dance."

The Stephen Collins nightmare continues. The actor has yet to comment about the reports that he admitted on tape that he molested underage girls, but his lawyer is in attack mode. Mark Kaplan tells TMZ Collins' estranged wife, Faye Grant leaked the tapes to ruin Collins' reputation and wrest a larger divorce settlement from him.

"Faye has repeatedly threatened to give this audiotape to the media unless Stephen agreed to pay her millions of dollars more," Kaplans says. At stake: $14 mil.

In an oddball addendum, Grant says in her divorce filing the Collins family played musical chairs with the three adjoining houses they own, sleeping in different bedrooms in different houses as the mood struck them.

Oklahoma country singer Blake Shelton, 38, is atop the Billboard album chart this week with Bringing Back the Sunshine, which sold 101,000 units in its debut week, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Country music also rules in second place: Lady Antebellum's 747 debuted at No. 2, selling 74,000 copies. While Barbra Streisand's duets LP, Partners, is in third place with 73,000.

How serious are the marital problems between Kendra Wilkinson and her NFL husband, Hank Baskett? After all, the couple have agreed to go on TV to air their differences - including allegations that Hank had an affair with transexual Ava London.

In Touch Weekly says the couple have signed to appear on We TV's Marriage Boot Camp. It's no laughing matter.
