Friday morning, Lea Michele seemingly announced she was with child . . . but later, her rep said no, she's unpreg, she got hacked. Thursday it was Chris Colfer's turn, with his Facebook page telling the world he was fired from Glee for personal reasons. Lies.

A SideShow belch goes out to Joey "Jaws" Chestnut, winner of the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest at Coney Island. A heavy betting favorite, Jaws downed, urp, 61 dogs in 10 minutes, edging Matt "Megatoad" Stonie, who managed only 56. Oy. Miki Sudo, 28, of Las Vegas consumed 34 dogs in 10 minutes to unseat three-time defending champion Sonya "Black Widow" Thomas. Before the men's chowdown, Jaws, often a winner at our own Wing Bowl, proposed to his beloved, Neslie Ricasa, also a competitive eater. She'd better be, unless she wants to starve to death.
