On the Today show, Rivers said it's been tough sharing an apartment with her daughter Melissa. "Those women in the basement . . . had more space," she said. Berry and DeJesus' lawyers say the jokes are traumatizing.
"They're OK," TMZ quotes Rivers as saying of the women. "I bet you within three years one of them will be on Dancing with the Stars."
