Congratulations to Philly designer Dom Streater, who this week was crowned winner of Project Runway's 12th season, beating out finalists Alexandria von Bromssen, Bradon McDonald, and Justin LeBlanc.
Streater, 24, who's taking home a prize package worth more than a half-million $$$, impressed a panel of tough-cookie judges - including Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, Zac Posen, and guest judge Kerry Washington - with her Retro Redux collection at New York Fashion Week.

Kelly Clarkson may soon be Kelly Clarkson-Blackstock. Yep, Kelly is (well, since our only info comes from gossip rags, let's say may be) getting hitched this weekend in Tennessee to fiancé Brandon Blackstock.
People mag says a marriage license was filed for the couple Tuesday in Sumner County. It's good for 30 days. Last weekend, Kelly, 31, told Access Hollywood she and Brandon, 35, were getting married "like, really soon."
