Rihanna, 24, who recently told Rolling Stone she's happy being back with old flame and convicted assailant Chris Brown , plans to do the red-carpet shuffle with the dude at Sunday's Grammy Awards, says HollywoodLife.com.
Fact, the lovely Barbadian artist was in court this week to support Brown during a hearing on that very case!
Brown, 23, was sentenced to five years probation in '09 when he was convicted of felony assault for striking Rihanna after a pre-Grammy bash. (They never made it to the red carpet.)
On Wednesday, Brown was accused of violating his probation by failing to complete his court-ordered 180 days of community service. Mark Geragos, celeb attorney to the celebs, played up R's support.
"She thinks it's utterly ridiculous what they're doing to him," he said to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin, according to CNN. Geragos said prosecutors have "tortured" Brown.
Rihanna seems totally besotted in this post-court, pro-Brown tweet: "When it seems like the world is against you, remember that God is behind your every positive loving thought," she wrote.
Brown's a lucky guy. This means he's reformed? Frank Ocean wouldn't agree. He alleges Brown attacked him on Jan. 27.
Her royal R-ness, by the by, will play the Wells Fargo Center in Philly on March 14. (www.wellsfargocenterphilly.com).
CBS: Keep yer clothes on Sunday!
It goes without saying, but performers should cover up their erogenous zones when on TV, especially when it's live TV. But there's no better headline, no juicier gossip tidbit than a well-received wardrobe malfunction (WM). Witness the WMs perpetrated by Janet Jackson, Melody Thornton, Kristen Stewart, Natalie Portman, and Mischa Barton over the years.
The WM has become so prevalent that CBS, worried about Sunday's Grammy Awards telecast, shot off this internal memo, leaked by Deadline.com: "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. . . . Bare sides or undercurvature of the breasts is also problematic. . . . Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered." Got that, girls and boys?
Selena Gomez, fashion tycoon
You're nothing if you don't diversify. TV and music star Selena Gomez, 20, knows. Wednesday she was on a New York fashion show catwalk pimpin' Neo, the street-attire line she's doing for Adidas. It includes yellow, bright pink, and navy sweatpants, denim shorts, and T-shirts emblazoned with the words Pirate Love. (What's the Johnny Thunders song got to do with anything?)
Robin Roberts' triumphant return
ABC on Thursday said beloved ABC News journo and anchor Robin Roberts will be back at her post on Good Morning America on Feb. 20, five months exactly since the day she underwent a bone-marrow transplant to treat a rare blood disorder called MDS. Roberts, 52, last month began a series of dry runs at the GMA studio to reacclimate herself to her daily routine.

Williams: Destiny's Child comeback?
She wasn't the most popular part of the act, but Michelle Williams says she loved joining Beyoncé in a Destiny's Child reunion at the Super Bowl. "Oh, [it] was beautiful," she tells Billboard. So will the trio be back for good? "It's a possibility," she says.
'Girls' star, her dad & nude scenes . . .
"It is unique. I think probably there are few people who can say they can do this." So Girls star Allison Williams tells Anderson Cooper about watching her character Marni's nude scenes on the HBO show with her pops, NBC Nightly News boss Brian Williams. "There have only been two, but so far we've watched all of the episodes for the first time together." Allison adds: "All of the boys who have been partners of Marni on the show get so uncomfortable around my dad . . . but what he usually does is he slaps them on the back and is like, 'That was so funny.'
