Keith Urban

is flyin' high, baby - and on a high-speed sobriety bullet train to boot.

The popular country crooner, who just graduated from a three-month stint in rehab, yesterday announced he'll launch the 33-city, 36-show leg of his North American world tour June 8 in Phoenix.

"I'm looking forward to getting back on the road, to reconnecting with everyone and to doing what it is that I love to do," Aussie actress Nicole Kidman's Aussie country boy said.

According to his Web site (www.keithurban.net) Keith's 12th stop will be Philly's Wachovia Center, though a date has yet to be announced.

A big 'L&O' raise

Terrific TV workhorses

Mariska Hargitay

and

Christopher Meloni

have signed new two-year deals to continue their beloved roles on NBC's

Law & Order: SVU

for sweet salary raises. Variety reports that beginning next fall, the thesps will play their tough-as-nails-cops-who-care roles to the tune of $6.5 mil each per year. (That's what no-name insiders say: Show creator

Dick Wolf

remained numerically mum.)

SVU's ninth season will introduce a new cast member, Adam Beach of Flags of Our Fathers as Brooklyn Police Detective Chester Lake (he's already made a guest appearance).

A dog of a film?

Director

Deborah Kampmeier

's controversial film

Hounddog

, which screened this week at Sundance to much angst and some disdain, may never get a distribution deal.

The drama, which includes an infamous rape scene, in which the character played by 12-year-old Dakota Fanning is lured into a barn by her 12-year-old boyfriend (Cody Hanford), where she is raped by an older man, has raised the ire of many a cultural observer and garnered an unfavorable notice in Variety.

So far, Fox.com's Roger Friedman reports, folks from The Weinstein Company, IFC Films and First Look have already passed on the flick.

Tyra banks on her tummy size

When those "America's Next Top Waddle" tabloid covers ran about

Tyra Porkchop

- a.k.a.

America's Next Top Model

host

Tyra Banks

- it really hurt her, there in that place of Being-Tyra, deep within Tyra.

The 33-year-old model tells People, she's gained weight, but it's not waddle level. (At 5-feet-10, she ranges between 148 and 162 pounds, while in '97 she was about 130 pounds.)

"I still feel hot," Tyra says.

She's mad about the message behind the diss: "I get so much mail from young girls who say, 'I look up to you, you're not as skinny as everyone else, I think you're beautiful.' So when [the tabs] say that my body is 'ugly' and 'disgusting,' what does that make those girls feel like?" Creepy, ugly, unloved.

The Gyllenhaals propagate

His sister

Maggie

is already there (with her first baby).

Jake Gyllenhaal

knows he needs to catch up. He knows this. But he explains to men's mag GQ (they can be a bit thick about sex) you need to mate (with another person) to make a baby. "The most important job for a man is to find the right woman," says the

Donnie Darko

star, who has a dark "I talk to psycho-killer bunny wabbits with really ugly, sharp teeth" side. But he does love cooking.

New love (fresh blood)

It began earlier this week in the Boston Herald and the New York tabs. Now People mag says New England Patriots quarterback

Tom Brady

, 29, who recently broke up with

Bridget Moynahan

, 26, is in canoodles with full-figured (not my favorite adjective) supermodel

Gisele Bundchen

, who in '05 broke up with the then no-longer-a-boy-not-yet-a-man though recently turned full-throttle man,

Leonardo DiCaprio

, star of

The Departed

. It's all from anonymous sources; no commentary from the parties.

Rehab? It's a blast!

Silliness aside,

Lindsay Lohan

may be on a road to recovery, or something. Even though docs won't let her leave L.A.'s posh Wonderland Center for the Sundance premiere of her film

Chapter 27

, she's allowed to go to the set of her new movie everyday, so long as she's back in the evening.

And a "pal" tells People that Lindsay is saying "she's the happiest she has ever been."

Happy is good. But, as that great syndicated vampiric wiseman Angel knows, too much bliss can unleash that deliriously desiring, never-satiated evil guy (or gal) within.
