6ABC's Nydia Han welcomes son

CONGRATULATIONS to 6ABC's Nydia Han, who gave birth to her second child, Harris Han Reilly, on April 4. Harris joins Han's daughter, Sabine, who was born in 2012.

6ABC has seen quite a few babies as of late. Ducis Rodgers welcomed a second son, Dylan, in early January, while Alicia Vitarelli became a first-time mama to Priscilla later in the month (follow Vitarelli on Instagram @AliciaVitarelli for some adorable baby pics). That leaves Jamie Apody, who announced she is expecting her second child in November.

Out of the cavalcade of guest hosts filling in for former Fox 29 anchor Sheinelle Jones, Deborah Norville might be the most experienced for the job. The current "Inside Edition" host is a "Today" show alum. Norville took over Jones' former seat yesterday and continues her stint this morning. She and her "Inside Edition" team broadcast from Philly while she sits in. Despite Norville's "Today" show experience, she had to change her approach a bit for "Good Day."

"When I was on the 'Today' show, it was still a hard-news show. I think that train has left the station never to return. So at that point it would be hard to guest on a show where wacky is the order of the day," Norville said. "It appears that 'Good Day Philly' does it right. The audience knows that when it's important, when something is meaningful, they know that Fox 29 is going to tell them. But if that important information isn't happening then, then we're going to have a blast."

On Norville's wish list of fun news to cover? Anything that will allow her eat as much junk food as possible. "I usually try not to eat like that," Norville said in her Southern lilt, "but those cheesesteak sandwiches are just so good."

Look for more guest hosts, like Wendy Williams, in the coming weeks.

If this whole broadcasting thing doesn't work out for Comcast SportsNet's Marshall Harris, he's got a potential bowling career to fall back on. For the second year in a row, Harris beat 12 other media stars - including CSN's John Clark and Leslie Gudel; 6ABC's Amy Buckman and Shirleen Allicot; Fox 29's Dr. Mike Cirigliano and Chris O'Connell; PHL17's Steve Highsmith; KYW Newsradio's Cherri Gregg; NBC10's Keith Jones, Lu Ann Cahn and Christine Maddela; and CBS3's Steve Patterson - at the Get in the Game bowling fundraiser for Philadelphia Futures on Sunday night at North Bowl.

But Harris wasn't the only athlete in the room: 19 Phillies - including Carlos Ruiz, Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins and Ryan Howard - also showed their support for Philadelphia Futures, which serves low-income, first-generation-to-attend-college students.

Watch the Masters on Sunday? Immediately after Bubba Watson putted his way to victory, he high-fived adoring well-wishers. One of them was Cindy Webster, marketing director for Philly's CBS Radio entities. It was Webster's first time at the Masters. "With my job, I get to do and see a lot, but this was still so unbelievable," Webster told me. The only problem? To get in a prime high-fiving spot, Webster has to restrict her view of play and didn't get to see Watson's final putt in full.

Like Watson, Webster celebrated with a post-Masters trip to Waffle House.

Netflix announced that Season 2 of horror show "Hemlock Grove" will debut July 11. Why should you care? Because Pitman, N.J.'s own Madeline Brewer has been added to the cast. Brewer made waves in another Netflix series, the megapopular "Orange is the New Black," as cornrowed convict Tricia Miller.
