Four Corners Management — which operates Morgan’s Pier, Parks on Tap, Dolphin Tavern, and William Street Common — plans to donate all receipts for Thursday, Aug. 31 to The Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund established by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and administered by the Greater Houston Community Foundation.

A rep says she estimates that Avram Hornik’s company will send off at least $50,000 in food and drink sales.

Parks on Tap, the traveling beer garden in partnership with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and the Fairmount Park Conservancy, will be at three sites on Thursday: Cliveden Park (6415 Musgrave St., 5-10 p.m.), Clark Park (4300-4398 Baltimore Ave., 5-10 p.m.), and the City Hall Courtyard (4-9 p.m.).

Other local restaurateurs have started a fund-raiser by which they designate one dish each day and send the proceeds to charity. Find the participants on Twitter and Instagram by searching for the #chefs4houston hashtag.
