Hello there Liz met her friend Shannon through their volunteer work with Back on My Feet - they were leaders of a group who jogged with men living in a Fairmount homeless shelter. Then Shannon persuaded Liz to do more running with Kickadelphia, a Philadelphia Sport and Social Club kickball team.
