Dyann Roth leaves RHD to head Inglis

Resource for Human Development's chief executive, Dyann Roth, is moving to Inglis, replacing Gavin Kerr, who is retiring. Her spot at RHD will be filled, on an interim basis, by Marco Giordano, RHD's chief financial officer.

Dyann Roth, chief executive of Resources for Human Development, is leaving the Philadelphia-based social services agency to become president and chief executive of  Inglis, a Philadelphia-based organization that runs a 252-bed residential facility for people with physical disabilities and supports 800 people with disabilities who live independently. Marco Giordano, RHD's chief financial officer, will become RHD's interim chief executive on July 31. Roth starts her new job Aug. 21, replacing Gavin Kerr, who joined Inglis in 2008 and is retiring.

Roth started working at RHD as a teenager, rose through the ranks, and eventually replaced the founding chief executive, Bob Fishman, in 2013. RHD employs over 5,000 people nationally in providing support for those with intellectual, mental health, or behavioral issues.
