American Association of Individual Investors' Philly chapter hosts behavioral finance speaker

The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors on Saturday, Oct. 28, will host Philip Weiss, founder of Apprise Wealth Management, who will give a talk entitled “Behavioral Finance.” Weiss will speak at Bryn Mawr College’s Park Science Center Lecture Hall 25, first floor, in Bryn Mawr.

His presentation will cover why behavioral finance is relevant for investors, how behavioral biases can affect investor decisions, and how to limit the impact of behavioral biases.

Weiss’s talk begins at 10:30 a.m. and costs $15 in advance or $17 at the door.
