Elizabeth Wellington has been The Inquirer's fashion writer since December 2002. She believes that great fashion is for all people, not just the rich and wealthy. She has an eye for the new, the unusual and that which suits us all.

Even with tousled hair and dots of milk of magnesia priming her face for a chocolate foundation, Raelia Lewis is prettier in person than she is on television.
This fall shoe-booties have moved sooo beyond the weathered, the chunky, the basic, and the black. Instead, they are sexy as slingbacks, serious as suedes, and classically colorblocked.
