Redskins' running back roulette

Lucy puts the ball down and Charlie Brown works himself into a frenzy preparing to kick it.
That's sort of the position fantasy owners find themselves in when trying to figure out whether to play up one of Mike Shanahan's running backs. The minute the Redskins' coach tees up Tim Hightower, Ryan Torain comes along. The minute Torain looks like the starter, Roy Helu is going nuts. After Helu recorded 146 total yards in Week 9, he had six carries and Torain had 10. And that's just this season.

Titans' Johnson not living up to his name

THE NICKNAMES that have sprung up for Chris Johnson are funny - unless you drafted him.
Most are a play off the CJ2K moniker he picked up when he ran for 2,000 yards 2 years ago. Only now, Johnson has been referred to as CJ0K or CJ2.8, which refers to his dreadful yards per carry average.

WHILE THE acquisition of Carson Palmer has revived playoff aspirations in Oakland, it has also presented fantasy owners with an interesting dilemma: "Should I or shouldn't I pick him up?"
