Eagles lineman Todd Herremans goes to Playboy Golf Finals in Los Angeles

EAGLE TODD HERREMANS loves golf so much that he traveled to Los Angeles for a tournament.

Did we mention it was the Playboy Golf Finals, which kicked off with an opening reception at the Playboy Mansion? Herremans represented the Eagles and competed against Rob Gronkowski of the Patriots, Michael Richardson of the Seahawks, comedian Josh Wolf and some cast members from Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset." Herremans, who is reportedly dating April 2010 Playmate Amy Leigh Andrews, hung out with Miss May 2007 Shannon James, of Bucks County, who recently split from Phillies outfielder Hunter Pence, and Miss August 2004 Pilar Lastra at the Playboy Golf Finals Pajama and Lingerie Party at the Playboy Mansion.

The golf tourney featured many NFL and NBA players, as well as actor Patrick Warburton, (Puddy on "Seinfeld"), who is now on "The Rules of Engagement," and rapper Soulja Boy.

Bruce Springsteen and a man believed to be his son, Evan, stopped for Yuenglings at the Taggart House (9900 Frankford) Thursday afternoon before for the second of two Wells Fargo Center shows. We're told that while Springsteen was there, the jukebox played "Prove It All Night," which a patron selected before he came in.

Third Eye Blind singer Stephan Jenkins stopped at the Mexican Post (16th & Cherry) for dinner Friday before the group performed a free concert outside the new Xfinity Live! complex where the Spectrum used to be. Jenkins sat at the bar and once word spread about his presence (though we're surprised anyone really got that excited), he asked to have his meal packed up to go.

Congratulations to Caitlin Mahon, 23, daughter of Daily News sports copy editor Tom Mahon, who was the first runner-up in the Miss Philadelphia pageant Saturday night at Drexel University. Mahon won a $2,000 scholarship toward her studies at West Chester University, where she is pursuing a master's degree in higher-education counseling. Miss Philadelphia Lauren Bilski won a $10,000 scholarship toward her Drexel eduction.

Former Daily News reporter Al Hunter Jr. is co-author of Thou Shalt Not Steal: The Baseball Life and Times of a Rifle-Armed Negro League Catcher (Love Eagle Books, $11.95). It is the autobiography of the late Bill "Ready" Cash, who played for the Philadelphia Stars from 1943 to 1950. He also played in several foreign countries. Hunter will sign books from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Chickie's and Pete's (11000 Roosevelt Blvd.) and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Black History and Culture Showcase at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Local nurses on ABC

Four Cooper University Hospital nurses, Christina Fox, Stephanie Jennings, Delia Larson and Ebony Marinnie, will be seen on Thursday's episode of "The Revolution," (2 p.m., ABC). Each is trying to lose weight and is featured on the daily talk show about lifestyle transformations. Hosts Ty Pennington and Dr. Jennifer Ashton recently shot at Cooper Hospital as did Discovery Health host Devin Alexander, who helped the hospital cafeteria make over its menu. Cherry Hill native J.D. Roth created and is executive producer of "The Revolution." Roth's many previous credits include "The Biggest Loser."
