Dan Gross | Iversons on the rocks?

WHILE

Tawanna Iverson

has accompanied her husband,

Allen

, to Denver, where the Sixers star was recently traded, sources tell us that Tawanna has recently met with at least one Philadelphia divorce attorney.

Attorney Albert Momjian said Thursday that he was "not in a position to discuss" whether he had met with or been retained by Tawanna. No divorce papers have been filed by Mrs. Iverson.

The high school sweethearts from Virginia, both 31, married in August 2001 and have four children.

In 2002, Iverson was alleged to have thrown Tawanna out of their Gladwyne home naked, and later was accused of threatening two men with a gun while looking for her. All charges against him were later dropped.

Asked recently about a possible divorce, Allen's spokesman Gary Moore told us such speculation was "absolutely untrue." "They're fine. The marriage is fine," Moore said. Efforts to reach Tawanna were unsuccessful.

Broadcaster lands Birds babe

Congrats to ESPN NBA Analyst Tim Legler and Eagles Cheerleader Christina Fuller, who were engaged recently.

Legler, 40, a former La Salle basketball star who spent 10 years in the NBA, and Fuller, 28, have been dating for a little more than a year, after meeting at Public House (18th & Cherry). They're planning an Oct. 10 wedding in town.

Fuller, who runs an online pet supply company, Shop4Paws.com, is also a La Salle grad, and the couple went to a La Salle basketball game on their first date.

It will be the first marriage for Fuller and the second for Legler, who has two children from his first marriage, Lauren, 10, and Ryan, 7. He and Fuller share two dogs, Jazzy, his Jack Russell and Bentley, her Shih Tzu.

Miss Patti's Manayunk surprise

Patti LaBelle joined local singer/songwriter Jon DeLise on stage the other night at the Grape Street (4100 Main), where DeLise was performing a showcase in front of some label execs. DeLise wrote "2 Steps Away," from LaBelle's latest album, so she joined him to perform that song. The pair share a producer, the Grammy-nominated David Ivory. DeLise songs can be heard online at myspace.com/jondelise.

Fond farewell for Freeze

NBC-10's Amy Freeze has signed with Fox's WFLD-32 Chicago, making her the first female chief meteorologist on-air in the Windy City. We reported Thursday that Freeze was heading to Chicago, but now it's official. Her last day at NBC-10 will be Sunday.

Word is her replacement will be hottie Domenica Davis from NBC's WBAL-11 in Baltimore.

Neither Davis nor a WBAL spokeswoman returned calls. An NBC-10 spokeswoman declined to comment on Davis, but said the station will miss Amy Freeze.

WIP producer's 'Idol' moment

610 WIP producer Marc Farzetta was seen on Wednesday's "American Idol" episode in a montage of people singing Lionel Richie's "All Night Long."

Farzetta tells us his audition song was Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me To The Moon", but that all contestants at the New York audition had to do pieces of the Richie tune. Farzetta eventually did try out before Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson, but alas, an "Idol" he was not to be. *
