Wistful and captivating new single by Philadelphia-based French women Paloma Gill and Lou Hayat, produced by Dave Hartley of the War on Drugs and Nick Krill of the Spinto Band. From their forthcoming I Don't Know What to Feel EP. Playing Johnny Brenda's on June 15.

Lindi Ortega. Canadian-bred, Nashville-based rockabilly-leaning country songwriter, last heard from on her fine 2015 album, Faded Gloryville. 7 p.m. Sunday at MilkBoy Philly.

Meat Loaf. "Meat Loaf, again?" the audience calls out during screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show when the recently deceased character played by the "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" and "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" singer is served for dinner. Yes, Meat Loaf again. 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.

"Smoke Signals." Chris Eyre-directed road movie from a script by Sherman Alexie and set in Idaho and Arizona. When it came out in 1998, it was the first wide-release feature film to be written, directed, and coproduced by Native Americans. Being shown as part of the "Through Indian Eyes" film series at International House at 7 p.m. on Friday.
