Four lawyers specializing in construction law have moved from Pepper Hamilton in Center City to Cozen O'Connor. Joining Cozen's construction law group are Bruce Ficken, Raymond DeLuca, and James Kwartnick, Jr., who will be members of the firm (the equivalent of partner), and Jeffrey Mullen, who is joining as an associate. The group has both a regional and national practice, and its clients include Toll Bros., Inc., the DePaul Group, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and others.
