Like so many 76ers diehards, Broad Street Baller has been suffering through the post-Iverson years, waiting for another Chosen One to lead us out of the NBA wilderness. The One hasn’t arrived yet, but Doug Collins, a great coach, has -- along with some fine young players. The Sixers vs. Miami is David vs. Goliath. No, worse. It’s Mini-Me vs. Goliath. So it’s not happening for us this year. But are we witnessing the birth of High Hopes for the future? Discuss.
