One of the biggest hurdles for first-time home buyers to overcome is coming up with the up-front costs - and it has been for at least as long as I have been interested in the housing market.
Question: I understand GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) wiring is done for safety of the occupant/homeowner and is construction code.
