Show creator Ryan Murphy tells the Hollywood Reporter he wants to keep things real.

"When they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year," he says.

"We wrote the book because people would come up to us and say, 'Oh, you look so in love, what's your secret?' " Bill says.

So what is the secret?

Mrs. Ozzy strikes gold with novel

Ozzy Osbourne's missus, Sharon, has composed her debut novel. Due in September, Revenge is a celeb exposé of sorts about "an incredibly dysfunctional family and its two gorgeous superstar sisters."

British reviewers like it! "It's a rare page that doesn't have a sex scene, birth, suicide, rape . . . or at least a line of top-quality cocaine in it," says London's the Guardian. "[It is] glorious, fast-moving, unashamedly commercial fun."

Another silly Snooki attack

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi  is at it again. She will follow up Shore Thing, her sensitive, post-feminist, Hermann Hesseian Bildungsroman, with Gorilla Beach, due May 12, 2012, CNN says.

Disguised as a moving portrait of two cousins, it's actually a chronicle of how Snooki and BFF Jenny "Jwoww" Farley take on the manlife at the Shore. The same  leitmotifs that so haunt Snooki's debut - booze, sex, big hair - recur.

"For the next month," Snooki writes, "they're ready to pouf up their hair, put on their stilettos, and soak up all that Seaside Heights, N.J., has to offer: hot guidos, cool clubs, fried Oreos, and lots of tequila."

The story is based on the classic 1940 song - sung by Collins on the CD, which also includes two new tunes.
