STATE SEN.

Vince Fumo

sported a red Kabbalah bracelet as he greeted flame-haired beauty

Angie Everhart

and filmmaker

Sal Mazzotta

outside Thursday's premiere of "The Unknown Trilogy" at the Prince (1412 Chestnut).

The bracelet was a gift from Rabbi Solomon Isaacson, of Congregation Beth Solomon in the Northeast. The rabbi gave Fumo the bracelet on Feb. 6 in Harrisburg just before Fumo delivered a speech denouncing federal prosecutors who leveled a 139-count indictment at him the next day.

The bracelet is meant to ward off evil, says Isaacson, who has also given one to Mayor Street.

It's also popular among celebrities, as Madonna, Demi Moore and Britney Spears have shown.

Fumo's spokesman, Gary Tuma, said Friday that the senator "hopes it brings him good luck."

Neither Fumo nor the bracelet stayed for the screening of Mazzotta's film. However, Fumo's ex-girlfriend, Terri Reilly, a stunning redhead herself, did watch the movie, posing at one point for a photo with Everhart and attorney Scott Sigman.

Actors Johnny Williams, Robert Costanzo, David Proval and sandwich king Tony Luke Jr. were on hand for the premiere of the film in which they all appear.

Everhart plays Mazzotta's wife in "Gone," the final short of the trilogy, which deals with a couple's struggle to get over the accidental death of their young son. The model/actress danced the night away Thursday at Galdo's (20th & Moyamensing) which hosted the movie's after-party.

Anchor is anticipating

Congrats to NBC-10/myphl17 anchor Denise Nakano, who's due to deliver her first child in August. Nakano and husband Ernesto Hermosisima, a psychotherapist, decided "after eight years of marital bliss it's time to add a child into the mix," she says. They don't yet know the baby's sex, but Nakano, "a planner," tells us she hopes to soon.

Leto shows love for CHOP kids

Actor Jared Leto took time to visit patients at Children's Hospital last week while his band, 30 Seconds to Mars, was in town for a gig at the Tweeter Center.

The former University of the Arts student gave out his cell number to a few patients with whom he posed for pictures and hung out for a few hours. Unlike many celeb hospital visits, Leto's stop was not made for the press.

* Speaking of the Tweeter, on Wednesday we goofed in reporting that 92.5 WXTU's June 9 concert would be at the Wachovia Center. It'll be at the Tweeter.

Wahlberg dishes to WOGL

Mark Wahlberg is in talks with M. Night Shyamalan to appear in the director's next movie, which will shoot in the area in August. The actor shared the news with Ross Brittain and Valerie Knight on 98.1 WOGL's Breakfast Club morning show.

Wahlberg was on the phone promoting "Shooter," which opened Friday. He also said he had just hosted Vince Papale, whom he portrayed in "Invincible," his wife, Janet, and their kids at his home.

Shister hears from fans

You never know who's reading the Daily News. Matt Lauer, of NBC's "Today," ABC News anchor Charles Gibson, talk host Maury Povich and Rick Kaplan, the new CBS Evening News chief, were among those who reached out to Gail Shister on Thursday to express their disbelief in the Inqwaster's unwise decision to remove Shister from the TV column she's written for 25 years, as we reported that day.

Out and about

Iggle Jon Runyan, NBC-10's John Clark and CBS 3's Steve Bucci and Lesley VanArsdall were among the crowd at the grand opening of Penthouse Lounge (460 N. 2nd) Thursday. Despite its name and affiliation with Penthouse, the restaurant/lounge is not a strip club.

* Quarterback Tony Graziani and a number of Philadelphia Soul teammates celebrated their home-opener victory Thursday night in Old City at 32° (16 S. 2nd). *
