David Sedaris
David Sedaris is a humorist and radio contributor. Much of his humor is autobiographical and self-deprecating. He is the author of several best selling books including 'Me Talk Pretty One Day' and 'Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim,' as well as a playwright and regular commentator for National Public Radio. His newest book is a collection of fables entitled 'Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk: A Modest Bestiary.'

April is poetry month. Please join Ernest Yates for a half-hour poetry reading on the topic "Ah, Philadelphia" followed by a reception. Mr. Yates holds a Doctorate in Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and is a past winner of the grand prize of the Pennsylvania Poetry Society as well as other poetry awards. For over 30 years he has walked the streets of Philadelphia and recorded his impressions in photographs and numerous books of poetry.
