This 30-horse carousel is a great compliment to the rich history of Philadelphia's carousel making. Original molds of the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and Dentzel Horses were used to make some the horses on this brand new carousel.

'We the People' is a mosaic created by Philadelphia artist Jonathan Mandell. The 10 ft. by 6 ft. mosaic features a constitutional theme and was made using various semiprecious stones and minerals. The imagery of the mosaic features the Preamble of the Constitution; the three branches of government, which are set behind mirror so that onlookers can see themselves reflected in government; and a montage of images highlighting the rites of democracy, as well as individuals who advanced the cause of constitutional rights.
