Want simple tools to use during labor and birth? If you can’t commit to an entire childbirth education series, or if you’ve taken a hospital class and are looking for something more -- take this workshop. In two-and-a-half hours we will cover hands-on labor support, and physical postures and breath work for easing labor discomfort and encouraging labor progress. We will discuss the relationship between tension and labor pain, and guide you to be strong and centered as you birth your baby. Recommended for couples, but solo mamas also welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, be prepared to move, breathe, and connect to the source within.
