People marked with ++ began as CEO after the start of 2007; § indicates no longer chief executive as of May 25, 2008. Total Pay includes Equity Pay (plus unlisted fields such as stock options and base salary) but not Accumulated Pension, which was required by the SEC for the first time in 2007 and is not comparable to previous years.
