Armstrong has been the Inquirer's business columnist and PhillyInc blogger since January 2008. He has been an editor in the Inquirer's Business News department for nearly 10 years. Bell was a general assignment reporter on CBS3's news team for three years before joining Philly.com as a producer and PBT co-host. She previously worked at News19 in Columbia, South Carolina as a reporter and back-up anchor.
