When the apartment search service VeryApt published its renter ratings for buildings throughout Philadelphia, we were particularly interested in the pool rankings. Warmer weather calls for a splashy escape, whether to the ocean, a lake — or the roof. We wondered what an apartment with a pool would run you this summer. If these three are any indication, the answer is: a pretty penny.
