Property line: Three Fort Washington homes at $650,000 or less

Montgomery County’s Fort Washington was known as Engardtown, before Gen. George Washington encamped there after the defeat at the Battle of Germantown. The town eventually was renamed for the president, ousting the area’ s first settler as its namesake.  Median listing prices have been steadily rising in Fort Washington, sitting at about $619,000. These three homes are great examples of what can be had near that figure today.
