Tell me all about it: This one-bedroom is calling out for a renter who can design on a dime. As real estate experts say, it has great bones. There’s a huge deck, and the interior rooms are a good size for a single renter. But there’s also drop ceiling, a closet with an accordion door, and a kitchen floor you might want to replace. The good news is you’ll have some cash left over because this apartment is a steal compared to some of the neighbors.
