What you can rent for $1,900 in West Chester

Since West Chester tops the list for most expensive suburban rentals in Apartment List's latest rent report, we decided to see what some of the most expensive units in the neighborhood looked like. Median rent for a one-bedroom in West Chester is about $1,270. These three apartment buildings are definitely pulling the median up.

Outside there are bocce courts, a playground and a huge pool area. Dog owners will rejoice that not only are dogs allowed here, but there's a dog park on-site. Units boast private outdoor spaces and laundry.
