Sky Management Services buys K of P properties from Brandywine

Sky Management Services LLC, a real-estate investment firm with offices in Philadelphia and New York, has acquired three King of Prussia properties from Brandywine Realty Trust encompassing 156,669 square feet of office, lab and light-industrial space.

Sky identified itself as the buyer of 620, 640 and 660 Allendale Rd. in a release on Thursday. Brandywine announced a day earlier that the properties had been sold for $12.8 million on Oct. 13.
