Brandywine sells properties in South Jersey and King of Prussia

Brandywine Realty Trust has sold its 1120 Executive Plaza office property in Mt. Laurel, N.J., and its 620, 640 and 660 Allendale Rd. office-and-light-industrial buildings in King of Prussia, the Radnor-based company said in a quarterly earnings release on Wednesday.

The 95,200-square-foot Executive Plaza property was sold for $9.5 million on Sept. 1, the company said. New York-based Zamir Equities said in a separate release this week that it was the building's buyer.

The Allendale Road properties, which together contain about 156,700 square feet, sold for $12.8 million on Oct. 13. Brandywine did not immediately respond to an email seeking details about that property's buyer.
